Antioch University Seattle is one of five grounds situated in four states. Every grounds is regulated by a president, who reports to the chancellor for the Antioch University framework. The Board of Governors is in charge of framework wide oversight; individuals serve as counselors to the chancellor and the University Leadership Council (ULC) concerning the administration and improvement of the establishment. The ULC is included the grounds presidents and bad habit chancellors of the Antioch University framework. Antioch University is a private, non-benefit establishment with 501(c) 3 status.

Antioch University Seattle's Board of Trustees incorporates neighborhood group and business pioneers who give mastery, guidance, and assets to upgrade the nature of training at AUS.
